At the Massachusetts Life Sciences and Innovation event in 2022, I pitched the patent pending work I have been studying in during my 5 years in graduate school with the Srinivasan Lab- how to apply individual neuropeptides to animal models and beyond, in just 1 minute. At Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I presented my thesis work in just 3 minutes in the local competition of the 3 minute thesis (3MT). I placed second for my pitch and moved onto the next round of competition.
At the Graduate Research Innovation Exchange (GRIE) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2022, I presented an aspect of my thesis work that I developed with the help of the Women's Research and Mentorship Program.
